Steven A. Ormenyi is an award-winning landscape architect who has performed landscape architectural design and construction administration for 39 years. As owner of the firm Steven A. Ormenyi & Associates, his primary responsibilities include management of entire firm's personnel and operations; preparation and negotiation of contract agreements with architects, consultants and contractors; establishment of schedules, cash flow and budget reports; securing of bids and award contracts; preparation of project budget and direct value engineering processes to maintain project budget and schedule.
